Drink Of The Day..

Drink’s Of the Day..  Week or Month doesn’t matter they are all so Delicious..I can’t wait to make one ! And You need to add all of these to your Rolodex. Every Bartender needs a Rolodex Bars won’t let you have your cell phone on or use it . So keep a Rolodex.  Oh ..if you get my book all the drink recipes are in there! BartendingExposed.com

Blue Hawaiian


  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 slice Pineapple
  • 1Cherry
    Mixing Instructions-Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass with a cherry picked through the pineapple. and WA la a delicious cocktail!
  • Cosmopolitan


    • 1 oz Vodka
    • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
    • 1/2 oz Roses Lime Juice
    • 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
    • Lime wedge

    Mixing instructions:

    Shake liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice. Place lime wedge on the rim of a Martini glass. Pour mix into the glass, this cocktail is served  up. Lots of Ladies ask for this drink .

    Royal Flush


    • 1 1/2 oz Crown Royal
    • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
    • 1/2 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
    • 1 oz Cranberry Juice

    Mixing instructions:

    Pour all the ingredients into tumbler over ice. Strain into glass.

    Classic Pimm’s


    • 1/4 glass Pimm’s #1
    • 3/4 glass Lemonade

    Mixing instructions:

    Stir, and add a slice of lemon and a few mint leaves.
    pour into cocktail glass
    So what does Pimm’s taste like? Well. I think it has a touch of  orange zest and slightly caramel with herbal undertones. This is also good with ginger ale or 7-up.
    Once you add the lemonade the result is refreshing and sweet which is why some people like to balance it out with ginger ale too. And if you are really brave add a cucumber some people like it that way! It is a Secret Recipe.
