Bartending Basics

Bartending Basic’s: This is where everyone needs to get there start. I know you would like to just  get right behind the bar and start serving drinks…!  but you must first learn the bartending basic’s! That is where you start.  Every job requires that you learn the basics.

Learning  Bartending Basics help’s YOU understand just how to walk into any bar on your first day of work and feel confident in yourself. YOU do  need to know what you are doing, and how to do everything behind the bar. This is what makes you confident and always in control.

You will need to study your drink recipes, you can start off by studying the basic drink recipes that people order everyday. Go over these drink recipes every day until you have them memorized. Ask someone to quiz you. In my e-book/course Bartendingexposed I advise you to write down the drink recipes on index cards. Drink name on front, recipe on back. Then you will be able to use them later when you put the cards in your Drink box or Rolodex. You will need them. There is not a bartender out there that can memorize all the drinks! So these index cards come in handy.

It always looks easy when you are a customer watching a bartender work, but a bartender has a lot of responsibility behind that bar. You will need to learn the Bartending Basics to learn what your responsibilities are to be a good bartender and how to handle your bar so that while you are on duty your bar runs smoothly. And how to handle situations as they come up. You need to make sure you do not let a person who is drinking disturb your other paying customers. I will explain how to handle situations and explain to you what to do and how to do things without disturbing the rest of your customers. I explain all this to you in my e-book Bartendingexposed

Once you concur the basics you will have a career that is Fun and Exciting while other people are working in a cubical you will be making drinks , listening to music, talking to people, And making Cash tips everyday! And every day is different.  I am not trying to down any jobs that people have but when you are a bartender your job is by no means boring! Once you concur the basics you can work anywhere in the world. You can start your own Bartending business working Weddings, Private Parties, Holiday events, the list goes on and on. But you need to concur the bartending basics first . You can work at night Clubs, Neighbor Hood Bars, Cruise Ships, Casinos, Resorts, for Private Parties, Restaurants, Country Clubs. There is such a big demand  for bartenders. This industry is Huge. So lets get on with first things first! Bartending Basics. E.McCarthy
